Franchezska Zamora is an accomplished Outdoor Educator and Instructor with extensive experience in experiential education and youth empowerment. Currently serving at Chadwick School since March 2017, Franchezska also co-founded WYLD in 2013, where the mission focuses on empowering underserved urban youth. Additional roles include Instructor at Boojum Institute for Experiential Education and Expedition Leader at Outward Bound México, both since 2013, as well as previous positions as Expedition Trip Leader/Educator at Outward Bound Adventures and Youth Environmental Stewardship Supervisor/Educator at North East Trees. Franchezska began a teaching career at Poseidon Non-Public School from 2000 to 2004. Education was completed at California State University, Los Angeles, earning a BA in Sociology and Studio Ceramics in 1997.
