Roy Sosa is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ouro since September 2023, Sosa has also co-founded and held various leadership roles at Netspend and Rêv Worldwide, contributing significantly to their growth since 1999 and 2009, respectively. As a Founding Partner at MPOWER Ventures, Sosa focuses on supporting early-stage companies with transformative technologies aimed at underserved markets. Additional roles include Chairman of MPower Mobile and participation as a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum, reflecting a commitment to impactful business and social initiatives. Sosa holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
