Elizabeth Black FNP-C is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in healthcare, currently practicing at OurHealth and Marathon Health since July 2013. Prior professional roles include serving as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab at both St. Francis Hospital from November 2007 to January 2012 and Community Health Network from 2003 to November 2007, as well as in the Neuro/Trauma ICU at Methodist Hospital from January 2002 to 2003. Elizabeth Black holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice from Indiana Wesleyan University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Bloomington (1997-2001).
