Deborah Richardson is a seasoned professional in health coaching and wellness, currently serving as the Regional Wellness Team Lead/Health Coach at Marathon Health since February 2020, having previously held a similar role at OurHealth since October 2010. Deborah's extensive experience includes roles such as Health and Wellness Coach at Haelan - CareGuide and Director of Health Promotion Services at St. Vincent Health. Additionally, Deborah has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Marian University Indianapolis and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Deborah holds a Master's Degree in Community Health Promotion from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a Business Minor from Miami University.
