Anthony Porter is a seasoned communications and education professional with a strong focus on environmental conservation. Currently serving as the Director of Communications for the Tahoe Rim Trail Association, Anthony oversees public relations, marketing, and social media strategies. In addition, Anthony contributes as a Conservation Education Consultant and Event Host for the Orang Utan Republik Foundation, where a podcast is produced to highlight conservation efforts. Previous roles include Sales and Projects Coordinator at Orion Solutions Group, Lead Instructor at EUREKA! McConnell Science Center, and various positions in environmental education at Pali Institute and Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center. Anthony holds an MBA in Environmental Policy and Consulting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Northern Arizona University.
