Jennifer Kunasekaran has had a varied work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2006 as a Leading Flight Stewardess at Singapore Airlines. In 2020, they joined Our Second Nature as a Retail Brand Ambassador and Executive Assistant to the CEO (HR). In 2022, they were promoted to Retail Head & HR at Our Second Nature.

Jennifer Kunasekaran's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of South Australia, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. Jennifer also holds a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which they completed between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Coaching and Developing Employees, Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers, and Learning Personal Branding.
