Amy Helner, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Our Next Energy (ONE) since January 2023 and also holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition. In addition, Amy is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of People at LightGuide from August 2021 to December 2022, and as Regional HR Leader and Talent Manager at HELLA from 2018 to 2021. Prior roles include HR Director and HR Manager at Success Mortgage Partners, HR Business Partner at Northville Public Schools, and Global HR Business Partner at General Motors. Amy began their career as a summer intern in human resources at General Motors. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Michigan State University.
