Delma Moreno's work experience includes various roles and positions spanning from 2004 to present. Delma currently works at Our Infinite Co. as a Business Director. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Associate at the same company. In 2020, they also worked as a Certified Representative for the Education Retirement Program of Texas. From 2012 to 2020, Delma was self-employed as a Tax-Free Retirement Expert and Safe Money Consultant. Before that, they worked as a Spanish Teacher at Marshall ISD from 2004 to 2012, teaching Spanish to high school, junior high, and sixth-grade students.

Delma Moreno holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from East Texas Baptist University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education at Texas A&M University-Commerce, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012.
