Pamela Williams has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations, currently serving as Revenue Cycle Manager at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana since January 2021. Previously, Pamela held similar roles at R1 RCM from June 2017 to September 2020 and at St Vincent Jennings Hospital from October 1999 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing claims resolution, managing billing team goals, and maintaining compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Early career experience as Business Office Manager at St Vincent Jennings Hospital and Jenning Family Care involved managing medical and financial information systems and training staff on electronic health record maintenance. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
