Emma Russell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma started their career as a Sales Assistant at Clarks in 2011. Emma then worked as a Summer Intern at Michael Page, where they successfully sourced candidates for roles and built relationships with potential clients.
Emma later gained work experience at Gateley LLP, where they worked in the Corporate Recovery department, analyzing documentation for current cases and attending client and internal meetings.
In 2014, Emma joined Waitrose as a Leadership Graduate Trainee, participating in a three-year scheme to develop future leaders of the John Lewis Partnership. During this time, they completed various projects and gained experience in online merchandising and department management.
Emma's next role was at John Lewis & Partners, where they served as a Business Operations Manager and later as a Digital Product Owner for JLP Ventures. In these roles, they worked with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to launch and drove the proposition forward to meet growth targets.
In 2019, Emma joined Babylon Health as a Product Manager, specializing in AI Healthcare Platform. Emma then became a Senior Product Manager, responsible for leading product development and managing product strategy until 2021.
In 2021, Emma joined Tuune as the Head of Product, overseeing product development and strategy. Emma later took on the role of Senior Product Manager until 2022.
Most recently, Emma has started working at Our Future Health UK as a Product Consultant for their Data Platform, starting in 2022.
Emma Russell attended Newstead Wood School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Following their time at Newstead Wood School, they went on to study at Durham University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History.
