Stefanie Renner, MHA, currently serves as a Strategic Growth Consultant at OU Health, beginning in October 2024. Previously, at UNC Health Rex from May 2022 to October 2024, Stefanie held roles as a Strategy Consultant and a Strategy Analyst, contributing to the development of strategic plans and business insights across health care initiatives. Stefanie's experience includes a teaching assistant role at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where collaboration and equity were prioritized in a classroom setting. An administrative internship at Advance Community Health involved assessing population health needs and enhancing service delivery models. Prior experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Director of Youth Ministry involved client fitness coaching and youth program management. Stefanie earned a master's degree in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
