Previously, Roy held the position of Merchandising Hardware at Otto Büro & Technik from January 1997 to December 1998 and served as Marketing Manager at Otto from February 1992 to December 1996. Roy earned a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg, completing the degree in 1992.
