Phil Schwartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer and product support engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer and Product Support Engineer at Otto Instrument and Avionics since November 2016, Phil previously held the position of Senior Project Manager and Quality Engineering Manager at KG Technologies, Inc. from October 2009 to May 2015, where responsibilities included aftermarket support, logistics, supply chain, quality, and change management for remote disconnect switches. Prior experience at Honeywell Aerospace from September 1983 to October 2009 involved supporting airlines as a Field Service Engineer and Customer Support Engineer, specializing in various aircraft including the MD11 and DC-10, along with providing training on Aircraft System Controllers. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
