Myra Monheim von Ondarza has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Myra started their career as a Consultant at Dr. Otto Training & Consulting in 2007 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they joined Otto (GmbH & Co KG) and held various roles over the years. Myra began as a Change Manager in December 2011 before being promoted to Senior Change Manager in November 2012. In October 2014, they transitioned into the role of Senior HR Project Manager, where they contributed to the successful execution of HR projects. From August 2020 to October 2022, they served as an Expert in Strategic HR Projects, utilizing their expertise to drive strategic initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Project Lead HR Transformation & Strategy.
