James Machen is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Otto Environmental since July 2023. Prior to this role, James spent over three decades at Keter, where titles included Product & Packaging Engineer, Costing Engineer, and Quality Manager. In these positions, James contributed significantly to the success of the company, specializing in design engineering projects, product testing, and supplier relations. Additionally, James was instrumental in developing and improving injection molded products in a high-volume production environment. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
