Dan Dodson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and engineering. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at OTTO Engineering, Inc. since March 2016, Dodson previously held the position of Senior Product Application Engineer at Smalley from August 2004 to March 2016, where responsibilities included applications engineering for various industries and managing the selling cycle. Earlier in career, Dodson was a Design Engineer at Grayhill from May 1999 to August 2004, focusing on the design and validation of human interface optical encoder rotary switches. Dodson holds a Master of Science in Workforce Development and Training and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University, along with an Associate of Science in Engineering Technology from Highland Community College.
