John Casiero, AAI, has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Account Executive/Producer at Otterstedt Insurance Agency since October 2007. Responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of more than 200 Small to Middle Market clients, assisting with billing and coverage inquiries, quoting and issuing new business, and specializing in niche markets such as Funeral Homes, Restaurants, and Auto Repair Centers. Prior experience includes a role as a Submission Specialist at AIG, where coordination of new business processes and underwriting support were key responsibilities, and as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Eaton Marketing Group, focusing on consumer print advertising.
