Krista Derby is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in yoga instruction and member services. Currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at Otter Products since June 2021, Krista has previously held roles from Customer Service Representative to Associate Customer Service Manager within the same company. As the Founder and Instructor of Krista Derby Yoga from May 2016 to October 2023, Krista creatively designed immersive class experiences and successfully transitioned to online platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes serving as an Educator at lululemon, where Krista enhanced customer service and leadership skills, and as Member Service Lead at The Wellness Dentistry Network, promoting membership sales and managing user experiences. Krista holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Valley State University.
