Michelle Sharma has extensive experience in community service and compensation advisory roles. Currently serving as a Junior Compensation Advisor for the Government of Canada since March 2020, Michelle also dedicates time as a Community Volunteer with the Ottawa Police Service, focusing on crime prevention initiatives. Previously, from May 2017 to December 2020, Michelle operated a food truck and provided customer service and sales at The Merry Dairy. Michelle's educational background includes studies at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where coursework was undertaken in both 2019 and from 1996 to 1999.
