Zarina Abdushukurova, MA, MSc, CPCC, currently serves as a Learning & Development Specialist and Leadership Coach, as well as a Talent Management Specialist for the City of Ottawa, where responsibilities include designing and enhancing talent management programs with a client-centered approach. Previously, Zarina held multiple roles at General Motors from 2010 to 2019, including Human Resources Director, where significant contributions were made towards achieving the BIQ 4 certification and overseeing various HR functions such as talent acquisition, management, and learning and development. Early career roles included positions as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, where strategic recruitment initiatives were successfully executed. Zarina also served as the Head of the Staffing Department at HRC Recruitment Company before joining General Motors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and European Studies from Central European University and a Master of Science in International Studies from Russian-Tajik Slavonic University.
