Sheila Mutaramuka is an experienced professional in project coordination and communications, currently serving as a Project and Policy Coordinator and Councillor's assistant - Press liaison with the City of Ottawa since March 2022. Previous roles include a Communications Intern at the Library of Parliament and a Creative Director at Maqoba, along with positions as a Creative Assistant at Cozey and a Communications Assistant at PIJAC Canada. Sheila also gained valuable marketing experience as a Communications and Marketing Intern at TV5 Québec Canada. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Ottawa, Sheila combines a strong educational foundation with diverse practical experience in the field.
