Ainslie Forbes has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital health and medicine. Ainslie started their career as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Sydney in 2007. Ainslie then joined The Brain Resource Company as a Clinical Solutions Lead in 2010. Ainslie later worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Medical Science Liaison, specializing in Neuroscience, before joining Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies in 2011. At Otsuka, they held various roles in Medical Affairs and Digital Medicine, including Director and Associate Director positions. In 2016, Ainslie joined ODH, Inc. as the Director of Medical Affairs for Digital Health. Ainslie returned to Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies in 2017, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Global Integrated Evidence & Innovation. Throughout their career, Ainslie has played key roles in the development and implementation of digital therapeutics and digital health research.

Ainslie Forbes completed a BA (Hons) in Psychology, followed by a D Clin Psych and a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Sydney.
