Ä°lgim Ersoy has been working as Chief Happiness Officer at Otsimo since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Orta DoÄŸu Teknik Ãœniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2019.

Ä°lgim Ersoy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus in 2019. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from Mindfulness Hareketi.
