Rhonda Satterfield has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rhonda started their career at Redmond Regional Medical Center in 1997, where they served as a Staff Accountant. During their time there, they implemented FAS Asset Accounting and successfully reduced property tax liability by over $300,000. In 2002, they joined F&P Georgia Mfg Inc and was promoted multiple times, eventually becoming the Senior Manager of Administration. Rhonda transformed the accounting department from manual bookkeeping to a highly efficient financial department. In 2014, Rhonda joined Stemco Rome, a division of Enpro Industries, as a Controller. Under their leadership, they significantly improved the internal controls environment, receiving a satisfactory rating from the internal audit report. Rhonda'smost recent position is as Global Controller at OTR Engineered Solutions, a role they have held since September 2020.
