Maxie Springs has extensive experience in plant management and operational leadership, currently serving as Plant Manager at OTR Wheel Engineering, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Maxie worked as a Manager in a self-employed capacity for a brief period in early 2019 and held the position of Plant Manager at The Aeroacoustic Corporation for a short tenure in late 2018. A long tenure at Interlake Mecalux, Inc. from 2009 to 2018 included responsibilities as Plant Manager, following earlier roles at Interlake Material Handling as Quality/Process Improvement Manager and IT Project Leader from 1999 to 2009. Maxie holds an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering from Florence-Darlington Technical College, completed in 1984.
