Carlos Fernando Rodríguez is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in creating and enhancing service desk software. Currently, Carlos has been serving as a Software Developer at OTRS Group since 2010, focusing on open-source help desk applications compliant with ITIL standards. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Software Development Director and IT Consultant at Dux Diligens from 2007 to 2010, where responsibilities included developing and rebranding BLUDesk software based on the open-source OTRS project using Perl, XML, and MySQL. Carlos's career began at Diversiones Moy from 2002 to 2007, where development of modules and GUI applications was performed using Delphi and Interbase. Earlier experience also includes work as an Assistant for Software Installation at ITESO. Carlos holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and a Bachillerato Técnico in Informatica Administrativa from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
