Florina Mihai has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Commercial Banking Product Management Department at OTP Bank Romania S.A. since November 2007. Florina has held multiple roles, including SME Products Management Coordinator and Senior SME Product Manager, focusing on the development and management of products tailored for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Responsibilities include implementing the bank's strategy, overseeing product life cycles, pricing, market analysis, and cross-entity collaboration to identify development opportunities. Earlier experience includes serving as an SME Product Manager and Client Advisor, where contributions were made to commercial strategy and operational tasks related to various banking products. Florina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București and completed secondary education at National College Mircea Cel Batran Constanta.
