Elisa Ruci is an information security engineer currently employed at OTP Bank Albania since July 2023, and previously held the same position at FIRST - Cyber Security & Engineering Solutions from December 2021 to July 2023. Elisa Ruci holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, obtained in July 2023, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the same institution, completed in July 2021.
