Desara Shimi is a skilled business analyst with extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at OTP Bank Albania since June 2021. Prior roles within the same department include Business Analyst positions, along with valuable internship experiences that enhance expertise. Earlier, Desara worked as an Economist at Valcolatte S.p.a. and completed an internship at the Ministry of Defence in the Information Interconnection Systems Department. Additional training includes a Wordpress Developer course at Link Academy and an internship with the Municipality of Tirana in the Directorate of Information Systems & IT. Desara holds a Master's degree in Information Security and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana.
