Johanna Ferber is currently the Head of HR & Recruiting at Otovo Austria. Prior to this role, Johanna worked as a Freelancer at Upwork and held various positions in different organizations such as Universidad de Costa Rica, Museo Nacional de Costa Rica, Hospital de Niños Costa Rica, and Asociación Cultural de Intercambio de Costa Rica (ACI). Johanna also completed a Bachelor's degree in Biología from Universidad de Costa Rica and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Archaeological Sciences and Human Evolution from the University of Tübingen.
