Prior to that, Elia held positions at ZooCom, where responsibilities included revenue growth management and creating a comprehensive controlling system, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams. Early career experience includes financial consulting at Swiss Life Select, contributing to the establishment of a client portfolio. Elia Firenze holds a Master's degree in Marketing from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Genova.
