Jia Zhang is an Associate at O'Toole Scrivo since September 2021, with prior experience as a Student Attorney at the Civil Litigation Clinic from January to May 2021. Jia has contributed to legal scholarship as a Senior Editor and Associate Editor for Seton Hall Law Review from August 2019 to January 2021 and served as a Research Assistant for Professor Solangel Maldonado during two separate periods in 2020 and 2019. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate position at O'Toole Scrivo, a Judicial Internship with Hon. Michael A. Shipp at the U.S. District Court, and an internship with the United States Attorneys' Offices. Jia's judicial internships also include time with Chief Justice Stuart Rabner at the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Jia Zhang earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Rutgers University in 2017, along with earlier experience as a Paralegal at The Law Office of Harold J. Gerr.
