Hilary O'Shea

Hilary O'Shea has a broad range of work experience spanning over two decades. Hilary is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Corporate Officer at Otonomee since May 2021. In 2019, they became a Non-Executive Board Member of CUH Charity (Cork University Hospital). Hilary also works as a Business Consultant and Company Director at Woodhill Consulting Services Limited since January 2020.

In their previous roles, Hilary O'Shea held various positions at different organizations. Hilary served as the Head of Corporate Affairs and a Director at ShockVoyce from November 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they had their own consulting firm, Hilary O'Shea Consulting, where they worked as a Business Consultant from July 2017 to January 2019. Hilary O'Shea was also a Client Services Director and a Business Development Consultant at Ronan Daly Jermyn, holding these roles from April 2017 to July 2017 and from April 2016 to July 2017, respectively.

Prior to their consulting and management roles, Hilary O'Shea worked as an Associate at McGrath Management and Consulting from March 2015 to April 2016. Hilary also had legal experience as a Commercial and Banking Solicitor at MJ Horgan and Company Solicitors from September 2005 to September 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as a Commercial Solicitor at Dillon Eustace, Dublin from September 1999 to February 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Defamation Lawyer at Irish Daily Mail from October 2003 to July 2004.

Hilary O'Shea has a diverse educational background. In 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from University College Cork. Hilary then pursued further education in law and obtained a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Commercial Law from University College Dublin in 1999. In 2000, Hilary attended the Law Society of Ireland to complete the Solicitors Professional Course. Hilary also attended the Law Society of Ireland in 2003 to obtain a Diploma in Financial Services Law. In addition to their legal education, Hilary expanded their skill set by attending the Kelly Hoppen School of Interior Design in Notting Hill, London in 2009, where they earned a Certificate in Interior Design. Their study at the Kelly Hoppen School focused on interior design, visual merchandising, marketing, and sales. Hilary's educational pursuits demonstrate their interests and dedication in both the legal and interior design fields.
