Shawna Pini, MBA, PMP has worked in a variety of roles, beginning in 2005 as a Desktop Publisher for ICS Corporation. In 2006 they moved to Vertis Communications as a Product Designer. In 2012 they joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Project Manager, Research and Development and Chief-of-Staff, R&D Project Leadership. In 2018 they moved to Genus Lifesciences Inc. as a Project Manager, Research and Development. In 2020 they joined The FlexPro Group, a Network Partners Company as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are the Head Of Program Management and Operational Leader at Otitopic Inc.

Shawna Pini has an extensive educational background. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Arcadia University. In 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
