Shane Troy Smith is an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer with a proven track record in leading Agile transformations across various organizations. Currently, Shane serves as an RTE/Agile Coach at Centene Corporation, facilitating the development and delivery of Agile Release Trains. Previous roles include Manager of Agile Practice at Jewelers Mutual Group, where Shane established the Agile Center of Excellence, and Senior Scrum Master at Freeman Company, leading an Agile transformation for an SAP project. With expertise in Scrum, SAFe methodologies, and coaching teams, Shane has consistently driven improvements in Agile practices and team performance across diverse industries, including technology and healthcare. Shane holds a BBA in Business and Computer Science from Fontbonne University.
