Paul Akerlind is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital collaboration and project management. Currently serving as the Collaboration Lead at Otis Elevator Co. since July 2019, Paul is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 workloads, contributing to governance planning and life cycle management. Previously, Paul was the Web Portals Manager at Carrier Corporation, overseeing project delivery for both domestic and international web portal initiatives. Additionally, at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, Paul held the position of Center of Excellence SharePoint Lead, where the focus included advising on SharePoint capabilities and facilitating presentations across business units. Paul earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nichols College.
