Katarina Karaduman, born Kracinova, serves as the CFO for the Middle East, Turkey, Ukraine, and CIS at Otis Europe, Middle East & Africa since July 2022. Prior to this role, Katarina held various financial leadership positions at Otis Elevator Co., including CFO for OTIS UAE & Gulf and CFO for OTIS Eastern Europe, as well as finance and planning manager in Russia. Katarina's career in finance began with UTC as a senior internal auditor in Paris and continued at IBM as a financial accountant and analyst. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from École des Ponts Business School in Paris and a Master’s degree from Ekonomická univerzita in Bratislava.
