Currently serving as President and Owner of OTHR Management Company, Fifth Street DMC, and OTHR Agency, Kaitlyn is dedicated to crafting bespoke experiences and fostering professional development within communities. As Co-Founder of Reimagine Meeting Management, Kaitlyn emphasizes innovation and tailored solutions for meetings and conferences. Previously, as Director of Events and Creative Director at Kennedy Creative Company, Kaitlyn led comprehensive branding initiatives and managed client events from conception to execution. Kaitlyn holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
