Randy Arpea, MBA, MFin, currently serves as the General Manager at OTH Hotels Resorts, leading a 331-room airport property with a significant team and extensive function space. Prior experience includes serving as Station Operations Manager at Amazon Prime, where operations oversight involved a daily volume of 85,000+ packages and safety program development. As Area General Manager at Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue, Randy managed two hotels with a combined 329 rooms and substantial function space. A long tenure at Marriott International involved various managerial roles, culminating in overseeing operations for a large 1,408-room convention hotel with extensive financial responsibilities. Randy holds an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, an MS in Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a BS in Hotel Management from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.
