Torben Grinder-Pedersen has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the food and natural colors industry. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio & Project Governance at Oterra since May 2021, Torben previously held the position of Head of Product Portfolio Management & Launch Excellence at Chr. Hansen Natural Colors A/S from September 2016 to May 2021. Torben's earlier roles at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S included Category Director from November 2008 to August 2016. Prior to this, Torben worked at Compass Group Denmark as Director of Eurest A/S and Divisional Director of Medirest from April 2007 to October 2008, and served as Sourcing Director Nordic at Compass Group Nordic from January 2005 to April 2007.
