Jude Wong currently serves as the Head of Applications & Regulatory Affairs for APAC & China at Oterra, starting in April 2021, where responsibilities include providing natural color application support and managing operations at the Oterra Singapore entity. Prior experience includes a tenure at Chr. Hansen Singapore Pte. Ltd. as the Regional Application Centre Manager for the Natural Colors Division in South East Asia and ANZ from May 2010 to March 2021, focusing on natural color application and expertise development. Jude's earlier roles include Senior Food Technologist at Abbott Manufacturing Singapore, Food Technologist at Kerry Ingredients, Site Engineer at USPEC Engineering, and QA Executive at Super Food Technology. Jude holds a BSc. in Food Science (Honours) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, specializing in Food Technology and Bioprocessing.
