Alexandre Veras is an experienced business manager with a strong background in the food science and ingredients industry. Currently serving as Business Manager for Mexico and Strategic Accounts LATAM at Oterra since May 2021, Alexandre previously held similar roles at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S and sales management positions at DIANA. Earlier experience includes a technical commercial management role at Tovani Benzaquen Ingredientes, where Alexandre led a team focused on key accounts and major projects in São Paulo and Santa Catarina. Alexandre holds a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and has participated in scientific research related to food processing.
