Thoshan Rathnayake is an experienced project manager currently overseeing projects at 10X TEK since April 2024. Prior to this role, Thoshan served at Otelier from March 2020 to April 2024 as a Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst and previously held positions as Operations Project Manager, Operations Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. Thoshan's expertise includes facilitating communication between development teams and stakeholders, implementing project standards, and enhancing operational processes. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Information Systems Management, both from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
