Jean Claude L Kherba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and mentoring. Currently serving as a Senior Expert Bénévole at OTECI since January 2021, Jean Claude focuses on mentoring students and assisting companies in production, quality, and management. Prior to this role, Jean Claude worked at Michelin from February 2014 to October 2020 as a Quality Engineer, responsible for the quality of tourist van production across 15 European sites and managing a team of 13, while functionally overseeing 15 quality managers. Jean Claude holds a Master 1 in History of Art from Université de Clermont Auvergne (2020-2022), a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Production with a focus on Quality from Université Blaise Pascal (1993-1996), and has completed advanced military education, including serving as an Officer in the Reserve and Commandant of a Motorized Infantry Unit since 1983.
