Justin Blacker is an experienced professional currently serving as an Electronic Data Interchange Specialist at Sheppard Pratt since July 2024. With a long tenure at Otakorp beginning in August 2000, Justin has held various roles including Guest Relations and Volunteer Manager, where responsibilities included designing and implementing schedules for over 300 volunteers and staff. Prior experience includes working as an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst at UnitedHealth Group from August 2020 to July 2024, and as an EDI Analyst at Maxim Healthcare Services from February 2013 to September 2020, where Justin focused on processing provider enrollments and various EDI transactions. Justin holds a degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Howard Community College, complemented by a diploma in Design and Visual Communications from River Hill High School.
