Shams-Ur-Rehman is an experienced Material Engineer specializing in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) with a professional background that spans multiple companies and projects. Currently employed at Otak International as a Material Engineer (QAQC) since February 2024, Shams-Ur-Rehman previously held similar roles at AECOM from February 2023 to January 2024 and at Bilfinger Tebodin between September 2020 and January 2023, contributing to the Musanada project in Abu Dhabi. Earlier experience includes positions at Otak International Consultant Abu Dhabi, Al-Sahraa General Transport & Clearance, and Botak & ACE Oman, where expertise was further developed in road work across Pakistan, Oman, and the UAE. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc and B.Sc (Hon) in Geology from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
