Joana Silva is an accomplished Senior Product Designer at Lighthouse and a Product Design and Management Mentor at adplist.org, where mentorship focuses on strategic and data-led design as well as product vision. Joana has extensive experience in product design, having worked on end-to-end projects at Showpad and held multiple product management roles at Esko, overseeing diverse products including DAM systems and BoardingPass. Previous positions also include roles as a Product Designer and UX Designer at Enfocus, and a Digital Product Manager at ThorbiQ. Joana's career began with a foundation in technology and design at the Board of European Students of Technology and We Love Porto, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Universidade do Porto.
