Jim Allred has extensive experience in labor relations and human resources, spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Role Player for Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers at Ops Tech Alliance, LLC since April 2020, Jim Allred previously held significant positions including Senior Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell, Senior Labor Relations Officer for the City of Jacksonville, and Senior Manager of Labor Relations at L-3 Communications. Jim Allred's earlier career includes over 20 years at CSX Transportation, culminating as Senior Director of Labor Relations. Jim Allred earned a BS in Industrial Relations from Auburn University.
