Patrick Rowland, Ph.D. is the Head of Quantitative Research at OSYTE Investment Technology. Patrick has a vast experience in leading research efforts and developing investment-related products and solutions. Prior to their current position, Patrick has held various roles at Russell Investments, where Patrick contributed to the development of forecasting systems and maintained relationships with different stakeholder groups. Patrick holds a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a BS in Economics and Computer Science from University of Puget Sound.
