Noora Luoma has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the field of marketing and communications. Noora most recently served as the Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Osuuskauppa Keskimaa since July 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Director at Aava & Bang Oy from August 2012 to July 2017. Noora also held a position as a Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant at PIKVAL AB from April 2011 to July 2012. Noora has experience as a Copywriter and Marketing Designer at Avalon from April 2005 to March 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Content Planner for the University of Jyväskylä in a project in China from March 2010 to August 2010. Noora has also held roles as a Marketing and Media Assistant at Aidon Oy from June 2004 to March 2005 and as a Media Assistant at Enermet Oy from September 2002 to May 2003.

Noora Luoma began their education at the University of Jyväskylä in 1999 and completed it in 2005. Noora earned an FM degree with a major in communication and English, with additional studies in multimedia, language technology, and Finnish. In 2018, they attended IMD and completed a program on orchestrating winning performance (OWP) with a focus on business and digital transformation. In 2022, they enrolled at Keskuskauppakamari for a program on strategic communication and crisis communication in business management. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Partus Oy and obtained a professional qualification in business management, as well as a certification as a team leader. In 2011 and 2012, they participated in a leadership skills and training program at Trainer's House.
